MATTHEW GATTO

This project consisted of fabricating a life-size figure of Imhotep (played by Boris Karloff) from the 1932 film, The Mummy. To accompany the figure, a foam replica of the Sarcophagus bottom was also constructed. Collectively, these pieces took over seven months to complete, where they were then featured in an art exhibition and on display to the public.
